What is ADCRYL™ AP 107?
ADCRYL™ AP 107 is a solvent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA), made by Advance Adhesives Private Limited in Belagavi, India. Recommended applications: low tack removable tapes. Typical values are 30 ± 2% solids, a viscosity of 3.8 – 5.8 poise, 180° peel adhesion of 90 – 150 gf/25 mm (PSTC-101, stainless-steel plate), loop tack of 200 – 300 gf/inch and rolling-ball tack of 13 – 15 cm (PSTC-106). We measured peel, tack and shear in our own laboratory according to PSTC methods, with the adhesive coated on 1 mil PET at 25 ± 2 gsm. Additionally, when a standard grade does not meet a specification, the Advance Adhesives technical team formulates a custom solvent acrylic PSA to match it. Advance Adhesives has made solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesives in Belagavi since 1995, and its quality system has been certified to ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV India since 2018. Datasheets, safety data sheets and samples are available from the Advance Adhesives sales team.
