We measured these values in our own laboratory according to PSTC methods: 180° peel on a stainless-steel plate, with the adhesive coated on 1 mil PET at 25 ± 2 gsm. Viscosity is measured with a Brookfield RVD11 viscometer, spindle 5, at 10 rpm and 25 °C.

What is ADCRYL™ AP 0132?

ADCRYL™ AP 0132 is a solvent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA), made by Advance Adhesives Private Limited in Belagavi, India. Recommended applications: hologram application, 100% dry, tack-free adhesive. Typical values are 30 ± 2% solids and a viscosity of 0.2 – 1.0 poise. We measured peel, tack and shear in our own laboratory according to PSTC methods, with the adhesive coated on 1 mil PET at 25 ± 2 gsm. Additionally, when a standard grade does not meet a specification, the Advance Adhesives technical team formulates a custom solvent acrylic PSA to match it.
